School-to-Work Transition
Embark on Your Future with KCLC's School to Work Transition Program
In partnership with schools and industry, KCLC offers a School to Work Transition Program that equips students with the skills and qualifications to thrive in the workforce. The program includes nationally recognised Certificate II courses, pre-employment discovery sessions, and opportunities to connect with industry leaders through our strong stakeholder network.
At its core, the program aligns education with employer needs, creating clear and tailored career pathways for students. By blending practical training with real-world experience, KCLC helps young people confidently transition from school to employment, prepared for success in a changing job market.

At Kingdom Community Life Care Ltd. (KCLC), we believe strong communities are built through action. Our programs focus on providing immediate relief where it’s needed most, while also creating pathways to education, employment, and long-term sustainability. From food security and housing advocacy to youth training and multicultural inclusion, each initiative reflects our commitment to empowering families and shaping a better future.
Healing Sea & Country
We are dedicated to protecting our oceans and lands through marine conservation, land regeneration, and Indigenous-led stewardship projects.
By blending traditional knowledge with modern practices, we work to restore ecosystems and strengthen cultural connections to Country. These initiatives empower youth, schools, and communities to actively participate in caring for the environment and building a sustainable future.

Care Factor Cooperative
KCLC is dedicated to elevating poverty in doing so we focus on the next generation entering the workforce.
To achieve this we also need to create meaningful dignified and accessible employment opportunities for those who may otherwise not be able to obtain them in the current economy.
Over the past 18 months KCLC has been successful in receiving grants from BCCM the peak body for Cooperatives and Mutuals to establish Logans first worker cooperative in the Disability and Aging sector. Support is being provided through the Bunya fund and more recently the Care Together grant.

Learner Licence Program
Discover the path to independence with KCLC's Learner License Program
This collaborative initiative with The Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is designed to empower members of the Logan community.
Every second month, we offer specialised in-person workshops tailored to assist migrants, youth, and individuals facing challenges such as learning difficulties or English as a Second Language (ESL).
Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where up to 30 participants per session can successfully obtain their learner license on the day, breaking down barriers to transportation and opening doors to employment opportunities. Join us in this journey towards greater mobility and independence, and take the first step in obtaining your learner license with the help of KCLC and TMR.

Affordable Housing Advocacy
Building Partnerships for Affordable Housing Solutions

By promoting cooperative housing models and fostering strong partnerships, we help shape and develop projects that ease the housing crisis across Queensland and New South Wales.
Our focus is on creating safe, comfortable, and affordable homes for those most in need, including people with disabilities and the elderly. Through collaboration and advocacy, KCLC is committed to driving innovative solutions that deliver real impact and lasting change in our communities.
